Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g feta cheese, mild or spicy, to taste
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 eggs
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- Mustard
- Maggi
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- possibly parsley
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Simply
Chop the onion and finely dice the feta. Place the minced meat in a bowl with the feta, eggs, onion, and breadcrumbs and mix by hand. Add enough breadcrumbs until the minced meat has a texture that’s easy to work with, not too wet or too dry. If it’s too dry, add a little water if necessary. Season generously with mustard, Maggi, the spices, and chopped parsley, if desired. Mix everything well again and then form into equal-sized meatballs. Fry in a pan with a little oil on both sides until cooked through. Tastes great with potato salad or in a bread roll.
