Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g bunched carrots, young
- 2 tbsp butter
- 10 cl Marsala
- Salt

Wash and trim the carrots, and slice them thinly. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the carrot slices for 5 minutes, shaking occasionally. Add the Marsala wine and season with salt. Cover and simmer the carrots for 15-20 minutes until tender. 140 kcal per serving.
