Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g applesauce
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ small bottle(s) flavoring (lemon)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all other ingredients except the quark in a bowl and mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes. Then add the quark and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 50-60 minutes. It really works without butter or margarine. The whole cake has 31 points. For 8 large slices, that would be 4 points each.
