Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tsp tea, black, East Frisian blend
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • some powdered sugar
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 tsp brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a delicious aperitif

Fill a disposable tea bag with tea, add it to the teapot, and brew with 500 ml of boiling water. Let it steep for about 5 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff and sweeten with powdered sugar. Fill two tall glasses two-thirds full with ice cubes, then pour the hot tea over the top. Place a dollop of cream on each glass and drizzle with a teaspoon of brandy.
