Sweet puff pastry rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) puff pastry (frozen)
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • e.g. chocolate coating or icing or powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry until it’s ready to use. Combine the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and cinnamon and spread it over the puff pastry through a small tea strainer. Roll up and cut into pieces about two fingers wide. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (gas mark 4-5) for about 20 minutes. Decorate with chocolate coating, icing, or powdered sugar as desired. Tip: You can let them cool completely, but I prefer them lukewarm.
