Vanilla pudding – yogurt – crescents

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g vegetable oil
  • 450 g flour
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 200 g sugar
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g yogurt (soy yogurt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients with a dough hook, then knead again by hand until the dough sticks together nicely. Shape the dough into 2 or 3 balls and refrigerate for half an hour. Shape the dough into croissants and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.
