Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sweet cream
- 50 g butter
- 70 g sugar
- some vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- 200 g flour

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Butter replaced with sweet cream – good if you need to use up cream
First, preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Then, briefly cream the cream, butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt, then stir in the flour. You can now either use the dough as a shortbread cookie, or chill it briefly, then form small balls and flatten them, or make them into roll cookies, or…
