Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ liter white wine vinegar
  • 1 handful of lavender flowers

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the lavender blossoms and vinegar into a bottle and let it steep in the dark for about three weeks. Strain the vinegar and store it in a dark place. It tastes delicious with salads and fish sauces.
