Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cream yogurt, Greek
- 1 lemon(s) (organic), peel and juice
- 35 g sugar
- 200 g red currants
- lemon balm, for garnish, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Mix the Greek yogurt with the lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar, and season to taste. Pick the red currants from the stalks and wash them. First, pour the lemon yogurt into glasses or bowls, then top with the red currants. You can also mix them in. You can use the lemon balm as a garnish, if you like.
