with blackberry juice from the steam juicer

The blackberry juice is made at harvest time using a steam juicer and stored until the liqueur is ready to be made. Briefly boil the gelling sugar and water and let it cool slightly. Then stir the honey into the still-warm solution. Add this lukewarm syrup to the blackberry juice. While stirring, add the vodka, and that’s it. This liqueur thrives on its few ingredients.
