Eggnog pot cake

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • ¼ liter eggnog
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g potato flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at approximately 160°C for about 1 hour.
