- 150 g cucumber(s)
- 2 stalks of lemongrass

Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Divide the lemongrass two or three times crosswise and cut it lengthwise into strips. Place both in a jug or carafe, fill with water, and let it steep in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
