Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 liters of cold water
- 250 g mango(s), diced
- ½ lime(s)
- 3 sprigs of mint
- n. B. Sugar, approx. 100 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
Sprinkle the mango cubes (or frozen ones if you prefer) with sugar in a large container and let them steep. Wash the lime in hot water, dry it, and slice half of it. Wash the mint sprigs. Add the mint and lime to the mangos and fill with cold water. Let them steep in the refrigerator for a long time, ideally overnight. It’s best to use a large glass container with a spout at the bottom so you can pour the juice one glass at a time. Use more or less sugar to suit your taste; the amounts in the recipe are only a guideline.
