Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
- 500 g QimiQ – Vanilla
- 250 g cream, whipped
- 8 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp rum
- ½ lemon(s), juice

Thaw the puff pastry and preheat the oven to 210°C fan/gas mark 1. Divide the puff pastry into 8 rectangles and bake for 10-15 minutes. After baking, remove the lids from the 8 rectangles and let them cool. In the meantime, whisk the QimiQ Vanilla until smooth, then stir in the sugar, lemon juice, and rum. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread the cream among the 8 puff pastry layers and secure with the lids. Let it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
