The ultimate vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 500 g carrot(s), sliced, frozen
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 100 g lean ham, diced
  • Oil or margarine
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • Sugar
  • Café de Paris (spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Heat oil or margarine in a pan. Dice an onion and fry it. Add the garlic crushed through a garlic press and fry. Add the slightly thawed carrot slices and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the finely chopped bell peppers and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the leek and ham and fry for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, season with salt, lemon pepper, sugar, and Café de Paris.
