Pasta with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 g cream
  • some milk
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. bacon, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Slice the spring onions, chop the parsley, and fry both in oil. Then add the cream and milk and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Tear the tuna into pieces and add it to the cream sauce. Season again and bring to a boil. Fry the bacon in a dry pan until crispy and pour over the dish.
