Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the onion and fry until translucent. Then add the minced meat and fry. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the minced meat. Add the tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and sambal oelek. Let it simmer on low heat.
