Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 ml cream, cold
- 1 tsp sugar
- 500 ml coffee
- 160 ml eggnog
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pour the cream into a mixing bowl and whisk briefly. Add the sugar and whip the cream until almost stiff peaks form. Brew fresh coffee and stir it into the eggnog in a thin stream. Pour the coffee mixture into eight heatproof glasses or cups. Spoon a small dollop of cream onto each eggnog coffee. Put cocoa powder in a small tea strainer and lightly dust the whipped cream with it.
