Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate, melted
  • chocolate sprinkles

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix. Then add the eggs and the flour mixed with the baking powder and knead everything together. Break off small pieces of dough, form them into small teardrops, and place them on the baking sheet. Bake the hedgehog cookies at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, dip the thick half of the hedgehog into the chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Use the tip of a toothpick to draw on the eyes and snout.
