Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 cups flour
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 400 ml cream
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 pack of desiccated coconut

Whisk together the eggs, 1 cup of sugar, and salt until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and slowly add them to the mixture along with the buttermilk (mix some of the desiccated coconut into the batter if desired). Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the remaining sugar and desiccated coconut and spread it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 20-25 minutes. Finally, pour the cream over the still-hot cake and let it cool.
