Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mackerel(s), smoked
  • 4 cucumber(s), sour, from the jar
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • Dill and chives
  • 4 tbsp tartar sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mackerel salad

Skin the mackerel, remove the bones, and chop finely. Chop the cucumber, onion, and eggs as finely as possible (best in a blender). Add the remaining ingredients, such as the finely chopped mackerel, herbs, and tartar sauce, and mix well. Serve with fresh white or spelt bread.
