Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cup(s) sugar (a little less is also enough)
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup(s) desiccated coconut
- Cinnamon
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- 125 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the sugar and egg yolks, add the flour and buttermilk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Spread the batter on a greased baking sheet. Mix the coconut flakes, cinnamon, and sugar and spread them over the batter. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes on the lowest rack. Melt the butter and pour it over the finished cake.
