Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • some lemon(s) – zest, grated
  • 500 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare a shortcrust pastry base with 100g butter, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 egg, 180g flour, and 1 tsp baking powder (if it’s very sticky, refrigerate). Roll it out and line a springform pan with it. For the quark mixture: Combine 150g butter with 2 eggs, 100g sugar, and 500g quark. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla pudding powder, 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar, and a little grated lemon zest. Finally, stir in 1/2 liter of buttermilk. Pour the mixture onto the shortcrust pastry base and bake at 180°C for about 1 hour.
