Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 80 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Separate the eggs. Add half of the sugar to each egg and beat until stiff peaks form. Combine the eggs and gently fold in the flour with a whisk. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
