Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g mild yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 3 tbsp olive oil, mild
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 15 g sugar
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Quick and easy dressing for cucumbers and salad
Mix all ingredients and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. It tastes perfect with salad, cucumbers, or yellow beans (with onions).
