Simple bean salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar green beans
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 1 dashes herbal vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Place the beans in a sieve, drain, and then transfer them to a bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion, and add it. Whisk the reserved bean juice with the vinegar and oil, then season with salt, pepper, and savory. Add the beans to the juice and let it marinate well in the refrigerator.
