Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 large honey cake
- 2 can/n mandarin oranges, drained, collect the juice
- 150 g whipped cream
- 150 g mascarpone
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 75 g sugar
- ¼ liter juice (tangerine juice)
- Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
without egg, without alcohol
Whip the cream, stir in the mascarpone, quark, and sugar. Cut the honey cake into 16 slices. Layer everything in a baking dish. First, layer half of the honey cake, then half of the liquid, then half of the mandarins, and then half of the quark cream. Then start again with the honey cake and continue in this manner. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
