Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 red-skinned apples
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the apples into small pieces, peeling and cored. Add a quarter of the lemon, peeling but with the white pith, to the apple. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Place everything in a high-speed blender, adding cinnamon powder and agave syrup to taste. Blend vigorously until a puree forms. Note: The puree can be refrigerated for a few hours. It tastes best when eaten immediately.
