Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Penne or other pasta
- 2 salmon fillets, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 onion(s)
- Oil or butter
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- basil
- possibly spring onion(s)
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simply
Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil or butter until translucent. Halve the garlic clove and add it. Cut the salmon into pieces and fry it with the pasta. Add the pasta to boiling, salted water and cook according to the package instructions. Mix the crème fraîche with the milk, salt, pepper, sugar, chopped basil, sliced spring onion, and vegetable stock, then add it to the pan. When the pasta is done, drain it, toss it in a little oil to prevent it from sticking, and serve with the sauce.
