Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 shot of rum
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 7 bars of chocolate (Merci chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

tastes delicious and is incredibly quick

First, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Then, add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. Then, bake at 160°C (convection oven) without preheating for about 70 minutes (depending on your oven). For the last 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 100°C (212°F).
