Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 215 g feta cheese
  • 4 ½ tbsp oil (garlic oil)
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes, pureed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Crush the feta cheese and mash it into small pieces. Add the garlic oil and pepper. Blend with a blender, adding the tomato paste as you go. Keep refrigerated for at least 1 week.
