Feta cheese parcels

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, dried
  • Garlic
  • onion(s)
  • Thyme or basil
  • possibly olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for grilling

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and a little onion. Mix with the herbs and, if the tomatoes didn’t come with oil, with the oil. Place the feta cheese on a piece of aluminum foil and spread the paste over it. Seal the package and let it heat up on a grill for about 10 minutes, turning it 2-3 times.
