Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp rum
- 200 g flour
- 50 g starch flour
- 1 tbsp, leveled baking powder
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate into a batter, then fold in the chocolate. Pour into any baking dish. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. It tastes best served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
