Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 30 g fat
  • 40 g flour
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Broth, granulated
  • Maggi
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the leeks, then cut into 4 cm pieces. Cook the leeks in a pot of water seasoned with salt and pepper. Drain the leeks in a sieve, reserving the liquid. Unwrap the cooked ham and cut it into pieces. Then make a roux, deglaze with the liquid, add the ham, and season with salt, pepper, boiled broth, and Maggi.
