Spaghetti with cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • ½ pack of cream cheese spread
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • nutmeg
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A very quick and very simple dish

Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion, and sauté it in hot oil until translucent. Cut the bacon into thin strips, add it to the onions, and fry. Deglaze with a little broth. Add the cheese and melt while stirring. Thin with broth until the desired consistency is reached. Season generously with nutmeg and season with salt and pepper.
