Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 ml cream
- 150 g yogurt, Greek
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 3 tbsp Blue Curaçao syrup
- 2 cl ouzo
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
for the cream dispenser
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into the whipped cream dispenser. Screw on two cream chargers one at a time and empty them. Shake well and let rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Note: The cream is very sweet and has a slightly greenish color. You can serve it with fruit of your choice. If you prefer a less sweet flavor, you can of course reduce the sugar syrup or omit it altogether.
