Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 60 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g chocolate
- 2 cups whipped cream

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Whisk the sugar and three eggs over a pan of simmering water. Beat until fluffy. Grate the chocolate (you can also use a Santa Claus or Easter bunny for this) and stir it into the egg-sugar mixture. Then let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly fold the chocolate mixture into the cream. You can marble the mousse more or less, depending on your preference. Refrigerate for another 45 minutes. Spoon the dumplings onto a plate. Dust with dark cocoa powder, if desired.
