Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 9 eggs
  • 360 g sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle of schnapps (grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

for the Thermomix TM 31

Place all ingredients in the Thermomix, then mix for 8 minutes at 70°C and speed 4. Then pour the eggnog into bottles.
