Beetroot and pear smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 beetroot, cooked
  • 1 pear(s)
  • e.g. agave syrup or honey
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Split the beetroot in half. Remove the stem from the pear and cut the pear into smaller pieces. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Place all ingredients in a blender and add water if desired (I recommend about 150 ml). Blend on high for about a minute until everything is nice and creamy.
