Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 200 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 70 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions

Makes about 2 trays, depending on size
Heat the butter and oats in a pan. Whisk together the sugar, egg, milk, and baking powder until fluffy. Stir in the butter-oat mixture and the ground hazelnuts. Using a teaspoon, place small cookies on a baking sheet (note: the cookies will spread slightly during baking). Bake on the middle rack at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
