  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp curry powder, mild

Instructions

cold curry barbecue sauce for meat, sausages

Combine the mayonnaise and apricot jam, add curry powder to taste, and stir in. Refrigerate and serve cold with the meat.
