Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml red wine, dry
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 350 g sugar
  • 2 packs of flavoring (orange peel)
  • 6 g coffee beans

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 5 minutes

Rinse a 1.5-liter bottle with hot water and let it drain. Pour all ingredients into the bottle. Close the bottle tightly and shake. Let the mixture steep at room temperature for about 3 days, shaking occasionally. Pour the liqueur mixture through a fine sieve. Pour the liqueur into a beautiful carafe and close the bottle tightly.
