Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 170 g butter
  • Jelly (blackcurrant)
  • Cake icing (chocolate)
  • Almonds, chopped, or brittle

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Quick and easy

Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out well to the thickness of a knife’s back, cut out cookies, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and chill for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven. Bake at 175°C for 8-10 minutes. Glue two cookies together with jelly, cover with chocolate glaze, and decorate.
