Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml coffee, boiled
  • 350 ml grain beer
  • 170 g sugar
  • 8 g vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, brew the filter coffee, using 4 heaped tablespoons of coffee powder to 350 ml of water. Then pour the coffee into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Once cooled, add the ground coffee and stir. Now pour into a bottle. It tastes truly delicious and very sweet. Can be enjoyed as a liqueur, with milk, or even iced coffee.
