Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 persimmons, nice and ripe
- 2 tbsp honey, liquid
- 1 tsp paprika pepper
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
in delicate honey and strong pepper
Peel the persimmons, slice them, dice them finely, and place them in a bowl. Add the honey and pepper, mix gently, and let it sit for about half an hour. Whip the cream and arrange the marinated persimmons on plates and serve. The marinated persimmons are also suitable as a side dish with semolina porridge, pudding, yogurt, etc.
