Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g butter
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp onion(s) (fried onions)
- 3 spring onions
- Salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Let the butter soften at room temperature. Finely dice the bell peppers and finely slice the spring onions. Mix the bell peppers, spring onions, and fried onions with the butter. Season generously with salt and crushed garlic, and let it set again in the refrigerator. The butter also makes a lovely barbecue treat stuffed into a red bell pepper.
