Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g lemon balm leaves
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 20 g pine nuts, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Lemon balm
Puree all ingredients in a blender. It tastes great with fish, but it’s also delicious stirred into potato salad.
