Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g fine oat flakes
  • 70 g desiccated coconut
  • 170 g flour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 10 g honey
  • 250 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

light and tasty, suitable for WW, makes about 50 pieces

Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Then, using a teaspoon, drop small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten slightly. Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven) and bake for about 15-20 minutes (until it smells of coconut). For the WW fans among us: 1 cookie = 0.7 points (total score: 37)
