Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple, preferably Granny Smith
- 1 handful of seedless grapes
- 1 cup of yogurt, variety according to taste
- 3 handfuls of muesli, variety according to taste
Instructions

Cut the apple and place it in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix.
