Ingredients for 18 servings:
- 12 sweets (Happy Hippo bars)
- 280 g flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g sugar
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 300 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop or crush the Happy Hippo bars into small pieces. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, egg, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk to the chopped Hippos and mix to a smooth muffin batter (a few pieces are okay). Then pour into a muffin tin and bake at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes.
